Group Psychotherapy

Defining Your Relationship with Alcohol

In group psychotherapy, we cultivate a supportive environment conductive to exploration and healing. Individuals delve into and tackle their relational difficulties within a safe and cooperative space. Group members share their journeys, experiences, feelings, challenge one another, and extract valuable lessons from diverse viewpoints.

Group members often feel seen and understood by peers who may share similar experiences, fostering a bond of camaraderie and solidarity. Qualities of empathy, attentive listening, and feedback, create a culture conducive to healing and personal growth. In this collaborative setting, members of the group enhance their relationships with self and others.

Defining Your Relationship with Alcohol

In a nurturing environment members pursue personal growth and self-awareness around their use of alcohol. This group provides a secure setting where individuals can openly discuss their experiences and challenges. In a culture of compassion and mutual support, I guide meaningful conversations that foster empathy, and introspection. A supportive group atmosphere is conducive to ones exploration of the role alcohol plays in personal development.

Through active engagement in the group process, participants glean valuable insights, learn from the experiences of others, and craft new approaches for managing their relationship with alcohol. My role is to support each member's journey, by fostering motivation, insights, and encouragement for self-discovery.
